LUXE was founded in 1987 by Maison Delacroix, a family of master craftsmen from Lyon, France. What began as a single atelier producing bespoke watches for European nobility has grown into the world's most sought-after luxury curator.

We do not produce at scale. Each collection is limited. Each piece is verified by three master craftsmen before it leaves our atelier. We refuse to compromise on materials, process, or heritage — even if that means producing fewer pieces per year.

How do I authenticate a LUXE piece?+

Every LUXE piece comes with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity, a unique NFC chip embedded in the packaging, and a registered entry in our blockchain provenance ledger. You can verify at any time via our app.

What is your returns policy?+

We offer 30-day returns on all standard items in original, unworn condition. Bespoke and commissioned pieces are final sale by nature. We cover all return shipping costs for Gold Circle members and above.

Do you offer bespoke or custom orders?+

Absolutely. Our bespoke programme allows you to work directly with a master artisan to create a truly unique piece. Timeframes range from 8 to 26 weeks depending on complexity. Contact our Maison team to begin.

Is international shipping available?+

We ship to 60+ countries with fully insured, discreet packaging via our exclusive courier partners. Delivery times vary from 3-7 business days. All duties and taxes are covered for Gold Circle and Maison members.
